Geno's Clam Chowder - Small batch made New England Clam Chowder from Geno's Chowder House in Portsmouth, NH. 16 oz. Sold frozen. Price includes $1 for NH prepared food tax of 9.5%.
Fresh Haddock Fillets: Wild caught Gulf of Maine Scrod Haddock. Been 2-3 fillets/pound. Skin-less. Haddock is a lean protein, vitamin filled fish. Filled with omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B3, B12, & B6, and magnesium. Price Per Pound.
Fresh Flounder Whole & Fillets: Yellowtail Flounder - two options, whole & fillets. Whole is 2 pounds & will amount to 3 or 4 fish. Filleted is 1 pound.
Fresh Salmon Fillets: Superior quality farm raise salmon with non-GMO feed. Skin is on 1 side. Price Per Pound.
Fresh Monkfish Fillets: Wild caught Gulf of Maine Monkfish, is a denser great tasting fish and a good option for lean protein. Monkfish, is a high value fish for the price. Nicknamed "The Poor Man's Lobster" some believe has a lobster taste to it! Price Per Pound.
Fresh Flounder Whole & Fillets: Wild caught Gulf of Maine Yellowtail Flounder. Sold whole (3 or 4 fish) or by fillets, totaling 1 pound.
Fresh Sea Scallops: Fresh Day Boat Sea Scallops from Maine! 10-20U
Swordfish: Swordfish is now out of season and will be back next fall.
Lobster Meat: Steamed and shucked lobster meat. Nice and sweet. Sold by the half pound which is about 2 lobsters. Please note the price of lobster jumped over the weekend so prices increased on 2/8. We will adjust when prices decrease.
Lobster Meat Juice- New! Now that we are cooking up lobster meat, there is an amazing broth that comes from the run off of the lobsters as they are being chilled. Once the shucked, the meat goes to cool and creates a nutrient rich moisture that we collect in drip trays. We're coining it, Lobster broth! It is great to use as a base in chowders, stews, seafood sautés, you name it! This is not the run off of the water they are cooked in and it has a pinkish tint to it. Pictures to come soon!
