Fresh Seafood Choices (not all may be available every week):
Fresh Haddock Fillets: Wild caught Gulf of Maine Scrod Haddock. Been 2-3 fillets/pound. Skin-less. Haddock is a lean protein, vitamin filled fish. Filled with omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B3, B12, & B6, and magnesium.
Fresh Salmon Fillets: Superior quality farm raise salmon with non-GMO feed. Skin is on 1 side.
Fresh Monkfish Fillets: Wild caught Gulf of Maine Monkfish, is a denser great tasting fish and a good option for lean protein. Monkfish, is a high value fish for the price. Nicknamed "The Poor Man's Lobster" some believe has a lobster taste to it!
Fresh Flounder Fillets: Wild caught Gulf of Maine Flounder! This mild tasting fish has thin fillets that are perfect for frying or searing. Around 2-3 fillets per pound. Skinless.
Fresh Cod Fillets: Wild caught Gulf of Maine Cod. Cod is a white flaky fish. Most often cooked baked with crumbled crackers on top.
Fresh Swordfish: Fresh Atlantic Swordfish coming out of Massachusetts. These have quickly become a customer favorite. Cut into steaks these are great to grill. Please note, sometimes we can't portion these into a pound. You may be asked to pay a little bit more, or offered a little but of a refund at pick up depending on how big the steaks are.
